Located in Sudbury, Canada, each business provides engineered solutions, service and equipment for hydraulic/pneumatic cylinders, complex power units and other assets used in fluid power systems in the area, central to mining, agricultural and forestry industries.
The dual acquisition will expand and improve Motion’s services to these and other heavy-industry customers.
Motion has annual sales of more than $8 billion globally, with more than 600 branch and service center locations and 19 distribution centers in North America.
