NEFCO, East Hartford, Conn., national construction supplies distributor, has acquired Modern Fasteners, a distributor of power tools, safety equipment, fasteners and industrial supplies based in Feasterville, Pa.

The acquisition is NEFCO’s eighth since 2022 and brings the company to 41 locations across the U.S.

Founded in 1981, NEFCO employs over 1,100 people across the country.
