Single-family authorizations in November were 0.1% above October. Authorizations of units in buildings with five units or more were 481,000 in November.
Housing completions in November were 1.9% below October and 9.2% above November 2023. Single-family housing completions in November were 3.3% above October. The November rate for units in buildings with five units or more was 544,000.
