Wholesale trade revenues in October 2024 were $675.1 billion, down 0.1% from the prior month, but up 0.9% from the same time last year, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

Total inventories of merchant wholesalers, except manufacturers’ sales branches and offices, were $905 billion at the end of October, up 0.2% from the prior month. Total inventories were up 0.9% from the previous year period.
The October inventories/sales ratio was 1.34. The October 2023 ratio was 1.34.
