PrimeSource Brands, Irving, Texas-based distributor of residential building products, has acquired Cobra Anchors. Headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Cobra Anchors distributes hollow-wall, universal and masonry anchors.

This is PrimeSource’s fifth acquisition since partnering with Clearlake Capital Group in December 2020.
PrimeSource has 56 distribution centers in 26 states.
