Holland Company, Northbrook, Ill., an international distributor of thermoplastic resins and ancillary material, has been acquired by the Ravago Group of Family Companies, a plastic production and distribution company.

Ravago Group operates in over 325 locations across North America, Asia, Africa and Europe, with its American headquarters in Orlando, Fla.
Holland will continue to operate independently as a subsidiary of the Ravago Group, and current leadership at M. Holland will remain.
