Houston-based Relevant Industrial, LLC, a distributor of instrumentation and automation, rotating, thermal and purification equipment, has acquired Control Specialists, LLC.

Control Specialists is a process instrumentation, control systems and specialized industrial services company based in Evansville, Ind. The acquisition expands Relevant’s solutions across renewable energy, semiconductor, refining, petrochemical, OEM and food processing and its footprint in Kentucky and the Midwest.
Control Specialists facilities include a UL 508A-approved panel shop, pressure and temperature calibration services and full fabrication of combustion skids and systems. The acquisition allows Relevant to operate from more than 30 locations.
