Indianapolis-based Loy Instrument distributes process control and combustion solutions. The acquisition expands Relevant’s footprint into Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan.

As part of the acquisition, Relevant welcomed Krom Americas, regional distributor of Kromschröder to its network.
With over 30 locations across the U.S. and sales representation in more than 30 additional territories, Relevant serves renewable energy, alternative fuels, semiconductor, refining, chemical/petrochemical processing, OEM, food processing, upstream oil and gas, and municipal sectors.
