Reliance (NYSE: RS), Scottsdale, Ariz., a metal solutions and services provider, has acquired American Alloy Steel, a specialty carbon and alloy steel plate and round bar distributor.
The acquisition expands Reliance’s specialty carbon steel plate product portfolio and its value-added processing and fabrication capabilities.
