Rexel, distributor of electrical supplies and services, has agreed to acquire Talley Inc., Los Angeles, Ca., a wireless infrastructure products and solutions distributor.

The acquisition complements Rexel’s $700 million in sales in the datacom and datacenter spaces in North America.
