Schneider Electric Launches Zeigo Hub to Support Supply Chain Decarbonization

Schneider Electric has introduced Zeigo Hub, a digital platform designed to help companies reduce emissions across their supply chains and meet climate goals. The platform enables businesses to track, manage, and reduce emissions from their suppliers, often the largest contributor to a company’s total carbon footprint.

The launch is part of Schneider Electric’s broader strategy to expand the use of digital and artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools to address sustainability challenges. Zeigo Hub is the first product released under the company’s new AI-native ecosystem, announced in May.

Zeigo Hub offers guided onboarding for suppliers, automated data entry, and real-time emissions tracking. It allows companies to monitor supplier performance across multiple tiers and provides features such as benchmarking dashboards, customized decarbonization plans, and compliance reporting aligned with major regulatory and voluntary frameworks, including the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).

Unlike traditional data collection tools, Zeigo Hub is designed to foster two-way engagement. Companies that sponsor programs on the platform cover the costs of supplier participation, removing financial barriers and encouraging broader involvement.

“Zeigo Hub is meant to make supply chain decarbonization more actionable,” said Laura Eve, Vice President of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Sustainability Solutions at Schneider Electric, in a company press release. “It gives companies and their suppliers a practical way to start reducing emissions at scale.”

Schneider Electric says the new platform will support existing decarbonization initiatives, including the company’s energize, catalyze, and materialize programs, which collectively involve over 40 major brands and more than 2,700 suppliers. Zeigo Hub will now serve as the core technology for managing and scaling these efforts.

The platform includes an analytics engine that provides real-time visibility in supplier engagement and emissions data. It also connects users with vetted solution providers to implement emissions reduction strategies.

Zeigo Hub integrates “agentic” AI to streamline tasks such as data collection, program oversight, and customized supplier outreach. The AI capabilities also assist corporate sponsors in managing large-scale sustainability programs across global supplier networks.

The company is positioning Zeigo Hub as a scalable tool for businesses facing increased regulatory and investor pressure to address Scope 3 emissions—indirect emissions that occur in a company’s value chain, particularly from purchased goods and services.
