Dallas-based Singer Industrial has acquired MEP Brothers Inc.
Headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, MEP Brothers will operate within the Industrial Rubber Division of Singer Industrial and will increase Singer Industrial’s North American footprint to more than 100 locations with over 1,500 employees.

MEP Brother’s past owners Jeff Gural and Jamie Gural will continue to lead operations.
Singer Industrial offers fluid power, hose and fittings, conveyor belt, seals and gaskets, pneumatic and automation products and field services.
