SiteOne Expands in North Carolina with Acquisition of Red’s Home & Garden

SiteOne Landscape Supply Inc. has acquired Red’s Home & Garden, a wholesale distributor of nursery and hardscape products based in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, strengthening its presence in the Appalachian region and expanding service to landscape professionals across the state.

The acquisition marks SiteOne’s sixth deal of 2025 as the company continues to extend its national footprint through targeted regional growth.

“This acquisition provides a strategic entry into North Carolina’s Appalachian market and establishes a footprint to expand all our product lines to better serve our combined customers,” said Doug Black, SiteOne’s chairman and CEO.

Located about 35 miles east of Boone, Red’s Home & Garden distributes nursery stock, pavers, and outdoor living materials to professional landscapers and contractors. Co-owner and general manager Daniel Furches said the sale will position the business for long-term success.

“SiteOne has a proven track record of success,” Furches said.

SiteOne, the largest national wholesale distributor of landscape supplies in the U.S. and Canada, continues to build scale in key local markets through acquisitions. The company serves residential and commercial landscape professionals across design, installation, and maintenance projects for lawns, gardens, golf courses, and other outdoor spaces.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
