SiteOne Landscape Supply Inc. has acquired Autumn Ridge Stone & Landscape Supply, a wholesale distributor of hardscapes and landscape materials based in Holland, Michigan. The deal, announced Tuesday, marks SiteOne’s fifth acquisition of 2025 as the company accelerates its strategy of consolidating regional players to build scale nationwide.
Autumn Ridge, founded by Greg Leegwater, operates a specific location serving contractors and landscaping professionals along Michigan’s lakeshore. The company offers a broad mix of products including natural stone, pavers, retaining walls, decorative rock, mulch, soil, and fire pit kits.
“The addition of Autumn Ridge Stone & Landscape Supply establishes a solid footprint to expand our offerings to customers in the Western Michigan market,” said Doug Black, SiteOne’s chairman and CEO. “We’re excited to welcome the complementary hardscapes knowledge of the Autumn Ridge team and look forward to serving our combined customers as part of the SiteOne family.”
Leegwater said the move gives Autumn Ridge access to broader resources while strengthening its local market position. “With SiteOne’s extensive products, services and resources, Autumn Ridge will be able to deliver greater value to our customers while creating new opportunities for our employees to grow and succeed,” he said.
The acquisition underscores SiteOne’s aggressive deal-making pace. Earlier this year, the distributor purchased Green Trade Nursery in Georgia, Grove Nursery in Minnesota, and Nashville Nursery & Landscape Supply in Tennessee. In January, SiteOne’s majority-owned joint venture Devil Mountain acquired Pacific Nurseries in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Those transactions follow a string of 2024 deals, including OakStreet Wholesale Nursery in Texas, AC Florida Pavers, and Cohen & Cohen Natural Stone in Ottawa, Canada. The company has completed dozens of acquisitions since its 2016 spinoff from John Deere, targeting single-location distributors and nurseries that extend its geographic coverage and deepen its product mix in categories such as hardscapes and nursery stock.
SiteOne now operates more than 690 branches across 45 U.S. states and six Canadian provinces, with an assortment of about 170,000 products. The company said acquisitions added $41 million in net sales in the second quarter of 2025, about 3% of its total.
By adding Autumn Ridge, SiteOne gains both a stronger presence in western Michigan and a team with specialized expertise in hardscapes—an area of growing demand as landscaping contractors expand their services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
