SiteOne Landscape Supply Inc. has added another piece to its fast-growing national network, acquiring CC Landscaping Warehouse Plus, a Bradenton, Fla.–based distributor of nursery products, bulk materials, and landscape supplies. The deal, announced Monday, marks SiteOne’s seventh acquisition of 2025 as the company continues to consolidate the fragmented landscape supply market.
The transaction expands SiteOne’s presence along Florida’s Gulf Coast, a region experiencing strong residential and commercial growth. The Bradenton location gives the distributor a larger operational footprint in a competitive market where demand for professional landscape materials continues to climb.
“We’re excited to welcome the talented team of CC Landscaping Warehouse to the SiteOne family,” said Doug Black, SiteOne’s chairman and CEO. “This acquisition enhances our presence in the growing Bradenton market and establishes a footprint to expand our product lines in the area to better serve our combined customers.”
Nursery, agronomics, hardscape, irrigation, and outdoor-lighting assortments. Executives have repeatedly highlighted acquisitions as a key lever for long-term growth, alongside investments in digital tools and service expansion.
The Roswell, Ga.–based company is the largest and only full-line national wholesale distributor of landscape supplies in the United States, with a growing presence in Canada. It serves landscape contractors, irrigation specialists, golf course operators, and other outdoor-service professionals.
Financial terms of the CC Landscaping Warehouse Plus acquisition were not disclosed.
For the three months ending Sept. 28, SiteOne generated about $1.258 billion in sales, a 4% from a year earlier from sales of $1.208 billion in Q3 2024. Net income was $60.6 million compared with $44.6 million in the prior year. For the first nine months, sales totaled $3.659 billion up slightly from $3.527 billion in the prior year. Black said that improvement reflected tighter expense control, steadier pricing, and solid contributions from every region.
