Supply Technologies LLC, a subsidiary of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp., plans to expand its North American distribution network with a new 375,000-square-foot facility in Union, Ohio, the company said.
The distribution center will serve as Supply Technologies’ flagship facility and anchor its network of more than 70 warehouses globally, supporting customers and operations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The project represents a capital investment of more than $20 million.
Once operational, the facility is expected to employ more than 100 workers and create more than 60 new full-time jobs, contributing approximately $3 million in incremental annual payroll to the local economy. Hiring is expected to begin in early 2026, with an opening targeted for July 1, 2026.
The Union facility will feature advanced warehouse operations, including robotic automation, upgraded warehouse systems, a quality and engineering laboratory, and an innovation center, according to the company.
“Throughout our history as a leader of innovation in manufacturing, we’ve built a network of specialized brands that work together to deliver highly engineered products, services and solutions to OEMs around the world,” said Matt Crawford, chief executive officer of Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. “This flagship location for Supply Technologies will be pivotal in helping us serve our customers faster, better and more efficiently.”
Crawford said the facility is designed to ensure supply continuity for global original equipment manufacturers, which he said translates into improved uptime for customers.
Brian Norris, president of Supply Technologies, said the new site will support a more efficient hub-and-spoke distribution model in North America.
“Our new distribution center will allow us to operate a more efficient hub and spoke distribution network in North America,” Norris said. “The investments we are making in this facility include robotic automation, more advanced warehouse systems, and best-in-class equipment in our quality and engineering lab.”
The project is being developed with support from the Dayton Development Coalition, JobsOhio and the City of Union.
“Supply Technologies’ expanded operations in the Dayton Region will leverage Ohio’s logistical advantage and skilled workforce to support streamlined distribution across North America,” said Julie Sullivan, executive vice president of regional development for the Dayton Development Coalition.
