TD SYNNEX has launched a new digital platform aimed at simplifying how resellers manage business with distributors. The platform consolidates hardware, cloud, and renewals into one system, while adding training, enablement, and community functions.
The rollout begins in North America, with global availability planned. Features include a centralized dashboard, upgraded search functions, and AI-driven recommendations designed to help resellers make quicker decisions and manage accounts more efficiently.
“Through this omnichannel approach, we’re able to accelerate growth and drive the critical business outcomes our partners expect,” said Patrick Zammit, CEO of TD SYNNEX.
Nate Herz, CIO of North America, said the goal is to “remove complexity and improve efficiency for our partners, while continuing to provide the specialized expertise required for the evolving market.”
The launch comes as TD SYNNEX’s latest Direction of Technology report shows resellers are seeing the most growth when offering specialized services such as analytics and AI. End users ranked industry expertise and consultation as their top priority when selecting partners, according to the report.
More than 100 members of TD SYNNEX’s network assessed the new digital platform in advance of the rollout. Adam Sprague, CEO of BrunNet, a Canadian solutions provider, said the consolidated platform improves efficiency. “If we are more efficient, we can make more money, and we can grow,” he said.
TD SYNNEX is one of the world’s largest IT distributors, supplying resellers and systems integrators with hardware, software, cloud, and related services.
