The Collins Companies has agreed to acquire Washburn-Garfield Corporation and its subsidiary Waites Co. Washburn-Garfield supplies industrial and commercial pipe, valves and fittings in Worcester, Mass. Waites Co. distributes abrasives and cutting tools.

The acquisition expands The Collins Companies’ footprint in New England.
