The Fully Alive Movement, known as the FAM, will launch a live virtual program on Jan. 1 that offers participants structured time to reassess priorities and reset heading into 2026. The event, The Fully Alive Fresh Start, begins at 10 a.m. CT and is scheduled to run two to three hours inside The FAM’s online platform.
The program is led by Dirk Beveridge, co-founder of The FAM and a well-known figure in the wholesale distribution sector, where he has built a national following through leadership programs, speaking engagements and industry transformation initiatives. Beveridge developed the concept as an alternative to traditional New Year’s resolutions, aiming to provide guided space for people who feel stretched thin after months of personal and professional demands.
“We’ve been listening closely to our growing FAM community,” Beveridge said in a statement. “They feel out of alignment, tired of drifting, carrying too much, and worried they’re missing what matters. This experience meets them exactly where they are.”
Format and Focus
The session follows a four-stage structure — Awaken, Activate, Align and Amplify — designed to move from identification of stress points to practical next steps. Participants will reflect on what needs attention, consider what to release, define who they want to become in the year ahead, and establish sustainable practices to support those choices. The program draws from The FAM’s proprietary “Fully Alive Model,” which underpins other offerings within the group’s community.
Beveridge said the tone is intentionally restrained. “This isn’t about motivation or hype,” he said. “When someone logs in at 10 a.m. CT, we slow everything down and acknowledge the significance of their choice. We start by grounding everyone and saying, ‘Your presence here already matters.’ It sets the tone for the entire experience.”
The event includes individual exercises and breakout discussions, which organizers say help build connection and accountability beyond the first day of the year.
Intended Audience
The FAM positions the event for individuals who feel overextended or stalled, including those balancing work, caregiving, and community responsibilities. The group cites internal feedback and broader workplace survey data pointing to a widespread need for time to reset; no third-party validation of program results was included in the announcement.
Testimonials from participants in past FAM programs describe improved clarity and confidence, though outcomes vary and the organization does not claim clinical or therapeutic results.
