The Ficodis Group, Montreal, Quebec, an industrial supply distributor, has acquired Dorson Ltd, an Anjou-based company specializing in the distribution of tools, fasteners, mechanical and chemical anchoring systems, and hardware items. Dorson has sales outlets, showrooms and warehouses in Montreal, Gatineau, Sherbrooke and Mirabel.

The acquisition is Ficodis’ 26th since its founding 2012.
