US LBM, Buffalo Grove, Ill., a national specialty building materials distributor, has acquired Milton Truss, a manufacturer and distributor of structural building components based in Milton, Fla.

Milton Truss specializes in floor and roof trusses for commercial and residential builders. With the acquisition, US LBM now operates six component manufacturing locations in Florida.
“The addition of Milton Truss expands our network of truss manufacturing locations in the Southeast, increasing the value we bring to builders in Florida’s Panhandle and southern Alabama,” said L.T. Gibson, US LBM’s president and CEO.
Milton Truss, which has operated for more than 40 years, will now do business as part of Raymond Building Supply.
