US LBM, Atlanta-based distributor of specialty building materials, has acquired RAKS Building Supply, a provider of building products and manufactured components headquartered in Los Lunas, N.M.

With the acquisition, US LBM adds RAKS’s portfolio of lumber, floor and roof trusses, windows, doors and hardware to its product offerings. It also adds five locations to US LBM’s presence in New Mexico, bringing its locations in the state up to 12.
