Arjay is a New York-based distributor of packaging solutions and equipment serving Long Island and the Greater Metropolitan New York area.
OPS, headquartered in Buena Park, Calif., manufactures and distributes sustainable packaging solutions globally, with 70 facilities and 3,000 employees.
In addition to OPS and Arjay, Veritiv has acquired Vivabox Solutions, AmeriPac and PAX Global, expanding its design to delivery capabilities in the specialty packaging distribution sector throughout North America.
