Wajax Corporation Sales Up 17.3%

Wajax Corporation (TSE: WJX), Toronto, Ontario, announced sales in the first quarter of 2023 were $516.1 million, a 17.4% increase from the prior-year period.

Equipment sales were $132.3 million, Product Support sales were $134.8 million, Industrial Parts sales were $153.3 million, ERS sales were $85 million, and Equipment Rental sales were $10.7 million.  

Profit was $17.5 million for the fourth quarter.   

“Our improved top-line performance this quarter was driven by strong customer demand across all regions, including continued positive momentum in central Canada,” said Iggy Domagalski, President and CEO. “Solid year-over-year growth in equipment sales was complemented by even stronger year-over-year growth in industrial parts and engineered repair services revenue.”
