Wesco International (NYSE: WCC), a Pittsburgh-based provider of B2B distribution, logistics services and supply chain solutions, has acquired Ascent LLC, a data center facility management services provider headquartered in St. Louis, Mo., for $185 million.

Ascent’s services include liquid cooling design and implementation, facility-wide maintenance, critical systems repairs, emergency services and management of third-party maintenance workflows. Its Navigator platform supports critical data center infrastructure and facilities.
