Wesco International (NYSE: WCC), Pittsburgh, PA, provider of B2B distribution, logistics services and supply chain solutions, announced that it has agreed to acquire Rahi Systems.

Rahi Systems, a provider of global hyperscale data center solutions, is headquartered in Fremont, Calif. The purchase amount of $217 million is 7.5x the amount of Rahi Systems’ trailing 12-month period of adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization. Wesco will combine Rahi with its Communication and Security Solutions (CSS) strategic business unit.
