White Cap, Atlanta-based distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products, has acquired Ohio-based Dayton Superior Corporation, a supplier of engineered accessories, chemicals and forming solutions within the concrete construction industry.

Dayton Superior brings distribution centers, global manufacturing and sourcing capabilities and rental yards. They also have a centrally located Innovation Center for customer training and the development and testing of new products, all supported by more than 690 associates located across 32 U.S. states and five countries.
White Cap has 450 North American branches with more than 9,500 employees and 200,000 customers.
