White Cap Agrees to Acquire Triumph Geo-Synthetics

White Cap, an Atlanta-based distributor of specialty construction supplies and safety products, has acquired Triumph Geo-Synthetics, a geosynthetics and erosion control distributor based in Anaheim, Calif., serving nonresidential and infrastructure end-markets.
