White Cap Supply Holdings LLC has acquired Reinforcing Steel Supply (RSS) in Texas and Stuart Building Products in Florida, strengthening its presence in rebar fabrication and concrete accessories.
Founded in 1991 and based in Austin, RSS supplies rebar and concrete accessories for non-residential and infrastructure projects across Texas. The company operates facilities in Austin, Corpus Christi, Belton, Odessa, and Mustang Ridge, offering fabrication, estimating, detailing, and material delivery services.
Stuart Building Products, headquartered in Pompano Beach, Fla., fabricates rebar and distributes concrete building products and lumber primarily to residential contractors. It also operates in Fort Myers.
The acquisitions expand White Cap’s geographic reach and enhance its ability to serve contractors in both commercial and residential markets. Financial terms were not disclosed.
White Cap operates 500 branches across North America and employs more than 10,500 people. The company provides concrete accessories, chemicals, tools, fasteners, building materials, waterproofing solutions, and safety equipment, serving approximately 200,000 customers.
These deals reflect White Cap’s ongoing strategy of expanding through regional acquisitions to strengthen its service offerings in high-demand construction markets. With construction activity remaining strong in Texas and Florida, particularly in infrastructure and residential sectors, the company is positioned to enhance its capacity in rebar fabrication and concrete supply while broadening its customer base.
