In March, Marcone, a long-standing name in appliance parts distribution, announced it had rebranded as mSupply. The change reflects the company’s shift from a single-category distributor to a multi-vertical supply platform.
Over the past three years, Marcone completed nine acquisitions in HVAC, plumbing, commercial kitchen, and pool and spa distribution. These moves significantly expanded its scope, making the Marcone name—historically, tied to appliance parts—too narrow to describe the broader business.
“The name change reflects who we are today and where we’re going,” said CEO Asterios Satrazemis. “It honors the diversity of the companies we’ve brought together and supports our shared mission to deliver service and expertise to our customers.”
The new name, mSupply, keeps a link to Marcone’s legacy while emphasizing the company’s expanded product and service range. The rebrand also serves a practical purpose: aligning teams, systems, and customer relationships under a common identity.
Despite the change at the corporate level, many well-known brands in the company’s portfolio will keep their names. Appliance and commercial kitchen operations continue under Marcone, while HVAC and plumbing remain regional, operating under brands like Munch’s Supply, BellSimons, and Plumbmaster. This structure helps preserve local recognition and customer trust while supporting broader integration.
The rebrand comes as mSupply strengthens its operational capacity. With 14 distribution centers, over 140 branch locations, and 2.8 million square feet of warehouse space, the company can now offer same-day shipping and next-day delivery to more than 90% of the U.S.
Recent infrastructure upgrades—including new ERP systems, AI tools for technicians, and improved logistics processes—support this scale and improve service reliability.
The rebrand positions mSupply to compete more effectively across multiple trades and customer types, from contractors to facilities managers. It reflects a company that has outgrown its original niche and is now aiming to be a central supply partner across industries.
“We’re building a platform for every technician and trade professional in North America,” Satrazemis said. “The name mSupply reflects that broader role.”
