Winsupply, distributor to residential and commercial construction, has acquired Phoenix-based General Metals Mfg. & Supply Co., a manufacturing, fabrication and wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and products.

General Metals operates three locations in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona, and primarily serves HVAC contractors.
The acquisition added to Winsupply’s majority equity stake in more than 650 local companies across the U.S. Collectively, Winsupply is known as “The Winsupply
Family of Companies” and includes Win-branded locations, Noland Company, Carr Supply,
APCO and other acquired regional suppliers.
