Winsupply has opened a new local company in Midlothian, Texas, expanding its footprint in the residential and commercial HVAC market. Winsupply Midlothian began operations on July 7 managed by president James Fulton and a staff of seven employees.
The facility spans 46,000 square feet and includes 12 dock doors for shipping and receiving. Construction is underway on a 7,000-square-foot outdoor storage area, as well as a 1,250-square-foot addition to house training and installation classes.
A grand opening is scheduled for Oct. 15. Fulton, who joined Winsupply in June 2024, has more than 23 years of experience in the HVAC industry, having held roles from truck driver to director of sales and territory manager. He said the move to Winsupply offered an opportunity to operate a locally owned business with support from a national network.
The Midlothian location is part of Winsupply’s plan to open 20 new local companies across the United States in 2025. The company expects its network of independent, locally owned businesses to generate $8.3 billion in annual sales this year.
Winsupply’s network includes more than 670 local companies nationwide, distributing construction materials, equipment, and supplies for residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal customers.
