Vallen CEO Chuck Delph Joins ISA Board as Brent Williams Becomes Chair

Why This Matters to Distributors: Leadership at the Industrial Supply Association helps shape the organization’s priorities on workforce development, market intelligence, education, and distributor-manufacturer collaboration. The addition of Vallen CEO Chuck Delph gives one of North America’s largest industrial distributors a seat on the board as the industry navigates slowing economic growth, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence adoption.

The Industrial Supply Association has named Brent Williams, president of US Tool Group, chair of its 2026-27 board of directors and appointed Vallen CEO Chuck Delph as the board’s newest director.

The appointments, announced July 15, are part of the association’s annual leadership transition. ISA’s board serves as the organization’s fiduciary governing body, setting strategic direction and overseeing initiatives that support distributors, manufacturers, and independent manufacturers’ representatives across the industrial supply channel.

Delph, who serves as chief executive officer of Vallen, joins the board as its newest director, adding leadership from one of the largest industrial distributors in North America. He joins a board that includes executives from distribution, manufacturing, and independent manufacturers’ representative firms.

The 2026-27 executive committee includes:

  • Chair: Brent Williams, president, US Tool Group
  • Vice chair: Patrick Baliva, vice president of sales, Saint-Gobain Abrasives
  • Immediate past chair: Keith Mudge, vice president of sales-Americas, Kennametal
  • Treasurer: Jessica Yurgaitis, CEO, Industrial Supply Company
  • Secretary: Bill Davis, vice president-industrial distribution sales, Snap-on

In addition to Delph, the board’s directors are:

  • Sara Dulski, vice president/general manager, Metalworking, MSC Industrial Supply Co.
  • Molly Langdon, senior vice president of customer experience, Stellar Industrial Supply
  •  Patrick McKeever, president, Durrie Sales
  •  Paul Richardson, senior vice president, industrial and commercial, Milwaukee Tool
  •  Harly Savage, owner, Coast Industrial Sales
  • Sheila Schalk, vice president of sales, Protective Industrial Products
  • Teresa Wu, vice president, Industrial Channel, USAC SIBG, 3M

The board is elected annually by ISA member companies and is responsible for guiding the association’s strategic priorities, including member education, market intelligence, workforce development, and industry collaboration.

Founded in 1902, ISA represents distributors, manufacturers and independent manufacturers’ representatives serving the North American industrial supply market through education, networking, research, and business resources.
