Interstate HVAC Controls is based in Brighton, Mass., and is a building automation systems and components provider. Interstate HVAC Controls will be combined with Building Controls & Solutions to provide broader coverage and deeper service to customers and bring greater control system capabilities to the Building Controls & Solutions team in Massachusetts and the New England region.
Activelogix LLC is headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., and provides IoT and enterprise automation solutions for Building Intelligence. Activelogix is a certified Niagara Developer and Distributor for Vykon, Honeywell, SkyFoundry, Distech Controls and others. Their product and service offerings will allow Building Controls and Solutions to expand its smart-building product and service offering in the Southeastern U.S.
Building Controls & Solutions is also acquiring the commercial automation division of Rawson/ICD Inc. The integration of that team is part of a larger transaction in which Relevant Industrial is acquiring Rawson/ICD, a distributor of instrumentation, process control systems, steam solutions, commercial building controls and process measurement.
