Distributor mSupply has appointed former Ferguson digital commerce executive Bryce Koch as senior vice president of digital innovation, a new role aimed at accelerating the distributor’s technology and e-commerce transformation.
Koch joins the St. Louis-based distributor with two decades of experience in digital strategy and merchandising. He will oversee mSupply’s digital ecosystem and lead its marketing and ecommerce teams as the company looks to expand online capabilities for customers in the appliance, HVAC, and plumbing sectors.
CEO Asterios Satrazemis said Koch has a proven record of building digital platforms at scale and strengthening customer experience.
“He brings the perfect mix of strategic vision and direct leadership to deliver the seamless, data-driven experience that our customers prefer,” Satrazemis said in a statement.

Koch most recently served as vice president of digital commerce at Ferguson Enterprises, where he helped modernize the company’s online and omnichannel operations. He also held several merchandising and digital initiatives roles during his tenure.
In prepared remarks, Koch said he sees significant opportunity for distributors that invest in technology and redesign processes around the customer.
“This is an exciting time to be at the forefront of development for the distribution industry,” he said. “I look forward to putting my vision into action at mSupply as we create a business model that is simultaneously customer-focused and technologically advanced.”
MSupply, which serves technicians, contractors and repair professionals across the United States and Canada, has more than 2,000 employees and delivers most orders to U.S. customers within one to two days. The privately held company has pursued rapid expansion of both its logistics network and digital infrastructure in recent years.
