Ellsworth Corporation Acquires TapeCase Converting Services 

Ellsworth Corporation, a specialty chemicals and equipment distributor, has acquired TapeCase Ltd. This acquisition will enable TapeCase to offer new services and solutions to its customers.

“TapeCase’s culture aligns with Ellsworth Corporation, being a family-owned company. TapeCase’s converting services and adhesive tape offerings will complement the Ellsworth Corporation’s portfolio of products and services.
