New South Construction Supply, LLC, has announced it will acquire American Contractors Supply, an Atlanta-based distributor and supplier of tilt-up products. The acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022.

New South Construction Supply distributes construction products to commercial and residential general contractors and subcontractors across the Southeastern United States. This will be New South Construction Supply’s second acquisition in less than a year. American Contractors Supply will maintain its operations under the New South Construction Supply name.
