SBP Holdings, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial rubber products, has acquired industrial pressure-washing equipment distributor, Mattson Distributing Company. The company will operate within the Fluid Power & Automation division of SBP Holdings under the guidance of its original owners, Gary and Susie Mattson.

The acquisition expands SBP’s presence in Idaho.
