Wolter Inc., Brookfield, Wisconsin-based industrial equipment distributor and productivity solutions provider, announced a regional expansion and changes to executive leadership. The changes stemmed from their 2024 partnership with BBH Capital Partners.

The company is expanding beyond the Midwest into the Southeast with the acquisition of Dedicated Material Handling Solutions in Atlanta. That acquisition opens services from Arkansas to Florida.
Wolter also announced executive leadership changes:
- Ross Jeremiah was promoted from executive vice president to president of Wolter’s Midwest region. He will oversee Midwest operations and ensure a seamless integration and collaboration with the newly established Southeast region.
- Stu Pineda has been promoted to CFO of Wolter, where he will spearhead financial strategies that support expansion.
Wolter has 670 employees and provides a range of material handling solutions to industrial customers across the U.S.
