BradyIFS Acquires Hill & Markes, Inc.

BradyIFS, a foodservice disposables and janitorial/sanitation products distributor, has acquired Hill & Markes, Inc. Founded in 1906, Hill & Markes began as an ice cream distributor and now focuses on JanSan, industrial packaging and foodservice.

With Hill & Markes, BradyIFS’ annual revenues now exceed $1.3 billion,” CEO and Chairman of BradyIFS Kenneth D. Sweder said.  

Hill & Markes serves the states of New York and Vermont. BradyIFS did not disclose the terms of the transaction.
