PDI Acquires W.A. Bragg & Co. 

PDI has acquired plumbing, appliance, lighting, electrical and irrigation distributor W.A. Bragg & Co. Founded nearly 70 years ago, W.A. Bragg & Co. operates nine branches with six showrooms across Georgia and South Carolina.

PDI is a distributor and retailer of kitchen, bath and lighting products. PDI’s purchase of W.A. Bragg & Co. aims to accelerate PDI’s efforts to increase service to existing customers, reach new markets and broaden its offerings with new products.
